Job Description:

The NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) Inspector is responsible for conducting inspections of wind turbine components, foundation welds, and other critical structures to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and quality requirements. The role involves using various testing methods (such as ultrasonic, magnetic particle, dye penetrant, and radiography) to identify defects or weaknesses, documenting inspection results, and collaborating with engineering teams to address quality issues and ensure safe, reliable installation.

Essential skills and knowledge 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform NDT inspections on fabricated and installed components of wind turbines and foundations.
  • Verify the quality of welds, materials, and structural integrity according to applicable standards.
  • Maintain accurate inspection reports and documentation.
  • Identify and report non-conformances or defects.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations during inspections.
  • Support quality assurance processes and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
