We are recruiting a Project Services Engineer to join one of our leading multinational clients and their expanding team. This position is based in Hazira and offers an excellent opportunity for experienced proposal management professionals in the Conventional Energy sector.

Position: Project Servies Engineer.

Contract: On Contract Role.

The Project Services Engineer is responsible for ensuring effective planning, monitoring, and control of project performance across cost, schedule, and progress dimensions. This role provides critical support to project management by delivering accurate and timely data, analysis, and forecasts that enable informed decision-making and proactive risk mitigation.

Project Schedule/Cost
Documentation/Reporting
Safety – Ensure no harm to people and no damage to property or the environment during project execution.
Cost – Maintain Cost Performance Index = 1 or better; to be checked quarterly
Schedule – Maintain Schedule Performance Index ≥ 85%; to be checked quarterly
Quality – Create and maintain Change Scope Register. Prepare procedure for managing field scope changes

Essential skills and knowledge

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Any stream)
Min 3 to 8 years’ experience in Project services or project controls role
Knowledge in Oil and Gas construction or maintenance projects will be added advantage
Flexibility and willingness to learn
Strong collaboration, interpersonal and influencing skills
Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Primavera (P6)
Knowledge on Power Bi will be an added advantage
