Introduction

We're seeking a Safety Coordinator to work with a major LNG company on a 1-year contract basis with the possibility of extension.

What are you going to do

* Conduct safety orientations for employees and contractors arriving on-site.

* Maintain and update the training matrix for all contracted employees and subcontractors.

* Perform daily field audits to ensure compliance with safety standards.

* Engage consistently with field personnel, providing coaching on safe behaviors.

* Identify and correct unsafe behaviors and practices.

* Attend supervisor meetings, document discussions, and ensure proper follow-up on safety-related matters

Essential skills and knowledge

* Strong understanding of safety protocols in an E&C (Engineering & Construction) environment.

* Experience conducting safety training and maintaining training records.

* Ability to perform regular safety audits and provide effective coaching.

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with field personnel.
