Main Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders in assigned customer accounts.
- Coordinate internal resources—including support, service, and management teams—to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with company goals.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and strategic objectives within designated territories or industry verticals.
- Lead strategic account planning to define shared performance goals, financial targets, and key milestones.
- Identify new market opportunities, prospect and engage potential clients, develop tailored proposals, and manage the end-to-end contract process.
- Drive solution development initiatives that effectively address client needs, ensuring collaboration across all relevant departments.
- Operate with minimal supervision, demonstrating a high level of expertise and independence in managing responsibilities.
