Introduction

Brunel is partnering with a leading operator to source a highly experienced Senior Completion Engineer. This is a key role supporting multiple major project scopes across both Development and Operations phases, primarily focused on assurance and completions strategy. Candidates with strong exposure to high-rate gas wells and subsea completions are strongly encouraged to apply.

What are you going to do

Deliver assurance support across multiple well scopes
Contribute to completion engineering design and execution plans
Coordinate with subsurface, subsea and facility teams to drive integrated well delivery
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team capability development

Essential skills and knowledge

Engineering degree
10-15+ years' experience in Completions Engineering
Demonstrated experience with an Owner/Operator (mandatory)
Extensive assurance activity exposure
Experience across both completion design and execution (subsea focus)
High-rate gas wells experience
Familiarity with sand control (gravel packs, ESS, screens)
Exposure to smart well design
Proven leadership in well design/execution teams
Cross-functional integration capability
Strong communication skills and mentoring experience
Highly Desirable: Experience with haul-over gravel package, Prior involvement in Scarborough or GWF-4 projects
