In this role, you'll be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge dry etching processes for both internal teams and external customers. You'll collaborate closely with Project Managers, Sales, Product Engineers, fellow Process Engineers, and Operators/Technicians, driving innovation and excellence in every project.

What are you going to do

Ready to lead the development of cutting-edge dry etching processes in a high-tech cleanroom environment? As a Senior Dry Etching Process Engineer, you’ll take ownership of advanced equipment, ensuring stable performance while driving innovation.

In this role, you’ll develop and optimize dry etching processes for complex projects, collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results. You’ll play a key part in selecting, maintaining, and enhancing technologies, while identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing innovative solutions.

Additionally, you’ll mentor team members, contribute to the acquisition of new equipment by defining process requirements, and maintain proactive communication with clients, suppliers, and senior management. Essential skills and knowledge

A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in exact sciences.
Proven expertise in process engineering and dry etching for thin film processing.
Strong problem-solving skills and experience in project teams.
Proficiency in tools like DOE, SPC, and FMEA.
A creative, results-driven mindset and excellent English communication skills.
