Drive day to day execution of assigned strategic project (or phase) and manage project resources to drive a successful project delivery
Prepare Project/Portfolio Plan and financial forecasts/estimates for all phases
Deliver appropriate and effective executive level communication to relevant stakeholders with regular reporting on status, KPIs, project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues
Manage Project and drive project portfolio according to the CapEx/PM processes
Ensure adherence to Global, regional and local standards (EHS, Quality, IM&S, IM&T, ManEx/GPS, Innovation, Sustainability)
Drive selection of engineering suppliers and vendors together with IM&S, assisting negotiation and dispute management as needed
Facilitate and resolve conflicts among project team members and/or other stakeholders
Provide consultation and participate Post Implementation Reviews
Participate to the development of CapEx/PM best practices & standards when requested
Essential skills and knowledge
BSc/MSc in Engineering or equivalent experience, Project Management certification (PMI, PRINCE2) an advantage
Languages: Fluent in English. Language of location an advantage
Proven experience in leading large green/brown field projects (8+ years) preferably in food/chemical
Experience in working with diverse cultures and multidiscipline specialists
Experience in contracts management and supplier selection processes
