Introduction

What are you going to do 

  • Report sales operation results with financial PnL implications on monthly basis
  • Set short-term sales target based on actual sales performance level - target cascade, achievement progress report and forecast
  • Adjust mid-term sales target based on stock and supply, promotion policy, marketing strategy and future sales funnel operations
  • Consolidate the rolling plan from production / logistic to sales, translate into financial business plan and budget settings
  • Convert sales targets to further upper funnel targets with proper KPI matrix; Drive the alignment and consensus of targets and KPI achievements;

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • 3 to 5 years experience in the Automotive Industry (sales experience preferred)
  • At least 2 years experience in Data Analysis - e.g., user behaviours, market scanning, competitor benchmarking etc.
  • Capable of data modeling from 0 - identify potential factors and giving priorities, seeking inputs from different stakeholders and drive alignment
  • Good at communication (English fluent), seeking alignment and proactively providing feedbacks
  • Master of Business Intelligence Toolkits - e.g., Power BI, Tableau
