Introduction

Report directly to the Construction Manager, the Superintendent will take a lead role in ensuring that the Perth and Site Management Teams and Contractors are supported to deliver projects safely, efficiently; and to high standard.

About this role

  • Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of up to 30 on site
  • Oversee multiple contractors and concurrent work fronts
  • Engage in project planning, risk reviews, and contractor onboarding
  • Monitor safety, quality, and schedule performance
  • Coordinate handovers with commissioning and operations
  • Drive field leadership and coach teams on risk and compliance
  • Own site execution processes - TQs, NCRs, ITPs, MDRs, and handover packs

Is this you?

  • Extensive relative project or construction management experience
  • Proven leadership across complex construction environments
  • Experience managing diverse teams and multiple scopes
  • Strong understanding of Australian standards and construction governance
  • Commercially aware, solutions-driven, and safety-first
  • Extensive experience in large earthworks projects (an advantage)
