Introduction

Report directly to the Construction Manager, the Superintendent will take a lead role in ensuring that the Perth and Site Management Teams and Contractors are supported to deliver projects safely, efficiently; and to high standard.

About this role

Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of up to 30 on site
Oversee multiple contractors and concurrent work fronts
Engage in project planning, risk reviews, and contractor onboarding
Monitor safety, quality, and schedule performance
Coordinate handovers with commissioning and operations
Drive field leadership and coach teams on risk and compliance
Own site execution processes - TQs, NCRs, ITPs, MDRs, and handover packs

Is this you?

Extensive relative project or construction management experience
Proven leadership across complex construction environments
Experience managing diverse teams and multiple scopes
Strong understanding of Australian standards and construction governance
Commercially aware, solutions-driven, and safety-first
Extensive experience in large earthworks projects (an advantage)
