Introduction

On behalf of our client, Woodside Energy - a Global Energy Company, Brunel is presently sourcing a HR Business Partner / Adviser to join their centralised HR Business Partner Team to support across a range of portfolios and stakeholders. This will be a 12 month contract located at their 'state of the art' Perth CBD offices.

About this role

You will be responsible for:

Strategic Functional people plans to drive innovation, collaboration and acceleration
Culture programs to deliver and manage high performance
Supporting line leaders with case management, performance and disciplinary matters
Regular cyclical activities including promotions and remuneration reviews
Change management frameworks to influence/drive Functional transformation
Leadership development and succession planning

Is this you?

Requirements

Human Resources academic qualification OR relevant degree
Previous Resources / Energy industry experience will be highly beneficial
Experience within both Corporate and Operational environments will be advantageous, but not essential
You will be required to work fairly independently, therefore seeking someone with considerable demonstrated experience in HR
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build trusting relationships
Flexibible approach to work as you will support anything from Operating sites to Corporate function
