Introduction

We're looking for an organised and proactive professional to manage the end-to-end mobilisation of personnel across our projects. In this fast-paced role, you'll coordinate travel, accommodation, compliance, and site access while working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders. What are you going to do 

  • Managing mobilisation processes to ensure the timely deployment of personnel

  • Coordinating travel, accommodation, and site access for all mobilisations

  • Ensuring 100% compliance with project and regulatory requirements

  • Booking training and inductions as required

  • Liaising with internal departments, clients, and external vendors

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date mobilisation records in internal systems and trackers

  • Supporting the construction recruitment team for all construction projects

Roster: Monday to Friday

Essential skills and knowledge 

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience in a similar mobilisation or recruitment support role in the construction discipline

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent time-management and organisational skills

  • Clear communication and problem-solving abilities

  • The ability to remain calm under pressure in a dynamic environment

  • Proficiency in onboarding platforms such as SuccessFactors, ISNetworld, Avetta/Pegasus, Enable, INX, SitePass

First Contact

Meeting in Real Life

After successfully making through the phone interview, a face to face interview will be scheduled between the candidate and recruiter. This session can be a more in-depth  interview to review your communication and interpersonal skills.
