We are recruiting a Community Relations Officer / Specialist to join one of our leading multinational clients and their expanding team. This position is based in Isambe, Raigad and offers an excellent opportunity for experienced proposal management professionals in the Conventional Energy sector.

Position: Community Relations Officer / Specialist

Contract: On Contract role.

This role is pivotal in fostering proactive community outreach and engagement, understanding and navigating local power dynamics, and effectively communicating the company's contributions towards enhancing the local community.

Essential skills and knowledge

Proactive problem solver who has the willingness and ability to act on his/her own with limited Guidance
At least 10 years of full-time work experience in similar roles dealing with local stakeholders and communities for a manufacturing facility; experience with an MNC will be a bonus
Proficiency in Marathi (advanced level); Hindi and English (intermediate level)
Willingness to operate from the plant location in Isambe, Maharashtra
Full-time Graduate degree in Political Science/ Social Work/ Social Sciences/ Public Policy Management/administration
