Essential skills and knowledge

Minimum 3 years' experience working as maintenance electrician or equivalent experience.
Previous experience working in food manufacturing or related industry.
Experience working with high voltage, PLCs, VFDs and other control systems.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Valid Washington State Journeyman Electrician License required.
Proficiency in electrical systems, blueprints, schematics, and electrical code manuals.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong safety awareness and knowledge of safety protocols and regulations, including OSHA standards.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills and the ability to engage with all levels of the organization.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic work environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
High attention to detail and meticulousness.
Adaptable, resourceful, and willing to learn.
