Introduction

The Manpower Planner will be responsible for forecasting, analyzing, and planning the manpower needs of our organization. This role will involve collaborating with internal stakeholders to determine staffing requirements, identifying potential recruitment sources, and developing strategies to ensure efficient workforce allocation.

  • Responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive workforce plans to meet the current and future needs of our clients.
  • Key duties include analyzing staffing requirements, forecasting labor demands, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure optimal manpower utilization.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Identifying potential recruitment sources, and developing strategies to ensure efficient workforce allocation.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Manpower Planner or in a similar role
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in workforce management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
