Introduction

What are you going to do 

  • Prepare documentation and substantiation for measurement, cost-plus, and adjustable items as per claim requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and subcontract teams to support timely contract price adjustments.
  • Analyze, quantify, and prepare material and work scope quantities, maintaining a database for managing material and cost.
  • Track changes to design and construction work, measure, and value completed work.
  • Manage the full spectrum of subcontracting works, including claims and measurement/bill of quantities.
  • Prepare tender documents, bid checklists, secure bids, and conduct bid evaluations and summaries.
  • Prepare and submit progress claims promptly.
  • Monitor, review, and verify subcontractor claims and invoices for timely processing.
  • Manage and prepare variation orders and carry-over work.
  • Perform cost control, cost analysis, and reporting.
  • Undertake other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in any engineering discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in quantity surveying.
  • Familiarity with offshore platforms, modules, FPSOs, jackets, and onshore petrochemical plants is an advantage.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
