To be successful in this team, it is beneficial to have the following experience:

Experience scoping, shaping, and leading technology-based R&D projects within complex environments.
Experience working with digital mining technologies, especially automation.
Experience influencing key stakeholders in a large, cross-functional environment.
A high level of self-motivation, initiative, resilience, and commitment to lead and deliver outcomes.
