Introduction

We are seeking an experienced Supply Officer to join a team supporting a leading iron ore company in the Pilbara. This is an exciting FIFO opportunity from Perth, working a 4:3 roster (Monday - Thursday). The role is a 3-month contract with the potential for extension based on operational needs and performance.

About this role

As a Supply Officer, you will play a key role in managing materials and inventory within the power station's dedicated warehouse. You will work closely with the Energy Operations team to ensure the efficient handling, storage, and distribution of critical equipment and consumables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Material Logistics Officers in daily operations
  • Accurately receive, store, pick, and distribute materials
  • Operate reach trucks and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
  • Safely load and unload freight, ensuring correct load restraint
  • Maintain a high level of safety awareness for yourself and your team
  • Assist in cyclic stock takes and inventory control

Is this you?

Requirements:

  • Proven warehouse experience in a similar role in mining
  • Experience operating reach trucks (3.5t, 8t, 16t essential), training provided for 45t machines
  • Strong SAP experience is essential
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High Risk Work Licence - Forklift
  • Current WA Manual C-Class Driver's Licence
  • Full Australian Working Rights
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentDemonstrated commitment to safety and zero harm
