What are you going to do
What you'll do:
- Design and manage complex industrial network configurations from concept to execution
- Ensure reliable and secure communications across control systems
- Act as the technical lead for troubleshooting and performance improvement across geographically dispersed assets
- Collaborate with contractors to support the design, review, and delivery of fit-for-purpose communication systems
- Contribute to the architecture, monitoring, and systems integration of control networks
- Provide on-call support and assist field telecom technicians as needed
Essential skills and knowledge

- Degree in Information Technology or network certification from an accredited body
- 5+ years' experience in industrial control network environments
- Deep understanding of switches, firewalls, routers, PCN/VPN networks, and network protocols
- Proficient in LAN/WAN, VMware/ESXi, and network monitoring tools like SolarWinds or GE Pulsenet
- Strong background in Oil & Gas operations and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
