What are you going to do 

Drive revenue and margin growth by strategically identifying and converting sales opportunities, building a strong pipeline, and maintaining effective client relationships through informed support and guidance. Collaborate with the sales team and other business units to pursue cross-functional opportunities, grow market share, and deliver customer service excellence. Manage CRM records, contribute to strategic sales planning, and actively participate in training initiatives. Provide key account management, technical support, and assistance with onsite lab sales proposals, tenders, and RFPs, ensuring accurate scope, scheduling, and budget alignment. Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and client contracts to identify service improvements and ensure timely renegotiation and follow-up post-proposal outcomes

Essential skills and knowledge 

Requirements:

  • A natural people-person with the ability to build rapport and influence decsions
  • Excellent customer-service skills
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with sound computer literacy across MS software
  • Experience working with and exceeding KPI's
  • Someone with a technical background (Geology, Chemistry etc.)

First Contact
