About this role

  • Job Scheduling & Coordination: Track job start/end dates in business systems (SAP, ESM, FLM) to manage scheduling and mobilization between suppliers and service locations.
  • Data Management & Notification: Support data entry and ensure timely communication across all relevant stakeholders.
  • Equipment Logistics: Collaborate with Coordinators and other teams to facilitate equipment movements and monitor lead times.
  • Shipment Administration: Handle import/export processes and inter-location shipments-both physically and system-based (FLM, Ariba, etc.).
  • M&S Request Management: Enter Material & Supplies (M&S) requests into business systems to support operational needs.
  • Asset Reconciliation: Assist in completing fixed asset reconciliation tasks in coordination with the M&S Coordinator.

Is this you?

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
  • Systems Knowledge: We will provide on the job training with SLB business systems such as SAP, LCT, Quest, etc.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Automation Enthusiast: Passion for automation and big data.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.
