Introduction

On behalf of our client - Woodside Energy, a Global Energy Company, Brunel is presently recruiting a Project Logistics Coordinator to deliver end-to-end logistics coordination and assurance in preparation for handover to operations. This is a 12 month contract requirement located at their state of art CBD office.

About this role

  • Coordinate end-to-end project logistics, ensuring on-time material readiness
  • Track, forecast and monitor freight deliveries to warehouse locations
  • Organise and lead weekly project logistics meetings and stakeholder updates
  • Ensure alignment to internal supply chain and logistics frameworks
  • Support material receipt, warehousing requirements, discrepancy closeouts and preservation activities
  • Execute Ready-to-Receipt and Logistics Assurance Plan activities
  • Maintain compliance with SOX, HSE standards, and Chain of Responsibility requirements
  • Conduct internal audits and support handover to operations
  • Liaise between contractors, suppliers, warehousing teams, and operations

Is this you?

  • Demonstrated experience in end-to-end project logistics and freight forwarding
  • SAP experience required - preferably SAP S/4HANA
  • Prior exposure to offshore operations and work processes
  • In-depth understanding of material flow, logistics coordination, and inventory
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Availability: No extended leave permitted between 25 Nov 2025 and early May 2026
