Seeking an experienced Well Test Supervisor to oversee surface well testing operations across various locations. Role includes supervising crews, ensuring safety compliance, accurate reporting, and technical support. 3/3 roster with travel, accommodation, and visa support provided. Strong field leadership and multi-skill well testing experience required.

About this role

Responsible for overseeing and coordinating operation of Surface Well Test equipment, including detailed reporting of surface and downhole conditions to the operator and client management. Responsible for supervising/operating equipment and services required to achieve the successful outcome of the operation as well as delegating these responsibilities as required.

  • Supervise and coordinate Surface Well Test operations across various sites.
  • Operate and manage testing equipment, ensuring safe and efficient performance.
  • Provide technical support to client reps and interpret complex P&IDs.
  • Oversee full package operations, including slickline/wireline services.
  • Train and lead field crews, ensuring high performance and safety compliance.
  • Report accurate surface and downhole data to clients and internal teams.
  • Address field issues promptly and communicate delays to management.
  • Ensure equipment maintenance and proper documentation of job reports.
  • Comply with all safety, quality, and integrity standards.

Is this you?

  • Proven experience in Well Testing.
  • Strong background in oilfield well site services, preferably with multi-skilled experience in well testing, offshore operations, and early production systems.
  • Experience in a supervisory or related lower-level leadership role.
  • Permit to Work Holder and Authority training for well sites.
  • Certifications such as Senior First Aid, 4WD, CV Crane - advantageous.
  • Advanced Well Test training - desirable.
  • Ability to interpret complex P&IDs for Well Test installations.
  • Skilled in planning and coordinating personnel across multiple well sites.
  • Capable of overseeing full test package operations, including slickline/wireline services.
