Introduction

We're currently seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to support a large-scale LNG development. This is a key role, responsible for planning and executing electrical activities from construction through to commissioning and handover.

This is a site-based position on a roster offered on a 12-month contact. Long-term work scope with key delivery phases ahead.

Applicants must reside in Australia and hold valid work rights to be considered

About this role

Ensure all activities comply with local safety regulations.
Support project execution under supervision of Electrical Lead, coordinating across engineering, construction, clients, and vendors to align activities with project goals.
Prepare and execute system testing and commissioning procedures, ensures documentation is complete, supports system turnover processes, and addresses field changes, non-conformance, and punch list resolution.

Is this you?

Demonstrated experience in electrical engineering commissioning on major energy or infrastructure projects
Strong understaning of start up and brownfield operations
Capable of accurately reading and understanding electrical schematics, single line diagrams (SLDs), wiring diagrams, instrument loop diagrams, and mechanical process flow diagrams (PFDs) to support commissioning and troubleshooting activities
