Introduction

On behalf of our client - Woodside Energy, a Global Energy Company, Brunel is presently sourcing a Management Assistant to support the VP North West Shelf (NWS)and the Leadership Team. This will be a casual contract role located at the Corporate Perth CBD premises.

About this role

  • Provide high-level calendar, email and travel coordination for the VP NWS, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
  • Organise and support meetings, workshops and events including logistics, agendas and materials
  • Manage onboarding for new team members and support HR related activities such as performance and development tracking
  • Oversee document and information management systems, ensuring accessibility and compliance
  • Process expenses, approvals and general administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency
  • Act as a key liaison across teams, supporting communication, process improvements and business priorities

Is this you?

  • Proven ability to work independently with integrity and discretion
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Confident engaging with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, experience with systems such as SAP, JIRA and document management tools will be advantageous
  • Familiarity with regulatory Compliance and Risk systems is beneficial
  • Power BI experience will be a plus
  • Previous administrative or executive support experience in a large organisation, ideally within the Oil & Gas sector
