As the Senior Sourcing Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in driving procurement excellence, securing the goods, materials, and services that keep our clients operations running smoothly and competitively. You'll lead strategic negotiations with local and international suppliers, ensuring timely delivery at the best value, all while partnering closely with internal teams to truly understand and meet their needs.

Is this you?

We're looking for a proactive and results-driven Senior Sourcing Advisor who thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment within Mining. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of strategic thinking and hands-on procurement expertise, with a proven track record of delivering value through effective sourcing and supplier management.

You'll have:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Law, or a related field.
  • Around five or more years' experience in tactical sourcing and procurement, ideally within a complex, multi-site operation in the Mining industry.
  • Expertise using advanced procurement systems such as SAP and Coupa, with a high level of computer literacy.
  • In-depth knowledge of procurement principles, best practices, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex commercial situations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills that enable you to build collaborative relationships across teams and suppliers alike.
  • Resilience and adaptability to succeed and lead your team through change and evolving business needs.
  • A commitment to integrity, ethical sourcing, and continuous improvement.
