What are you going to do

Annahme, Prüfung und Abwicklung von Schadens- und Mängelmeldungen/Reparaturen
Bauleitung, Leistungsprüfung/-abnahme der Auftragserfüllung vor Ort
Objektvorabnahmen, -endabnahmen und Übergaben
Beauftragung und Koordination der Umbaumaßnahmen zur Neuvermietung
Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von technischen Maßnahmen im Rahmen der Portfoliostrategie
Analyse und Planung der technischen Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen
Budgetplanung und laufende Kontrolle

Essential skills and knowledge

Ausbildung/Abschluss im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen oder gleichwertige langjährige Berufserfahrung
Erfahrung im Bereich des technischen Gewerbeimmobilienmanagements
Kenntnisse in SAP von Vorteil
Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen Microsoft Office-Anwendungen
