Introduction

  • Ensure the availability and consistency of digital initiatives, process and management plan within MP division and lead this digital process system through the MP digital journey.
  • Ensure proper execution of integrated digital process management across MP division including solution architecture, implementation planning, delivery, management, and support in order to meet MP digital requirements.
  • Ensure delivery of MP Project deliverables in accordance with MP Project digital management plan.
  • Ensure the availability of the digital software, tools and applications across MP projects and ensure all MP key personnel, are adequately trained for those tools.
  • Ensure all MP Projects are delivered in accordance with digital road map.

What are you going to do 

  • Initiate and develop MP Division digital strategy in accordance with Digital Road Map.
  • Prepare and maintain project digital process, procedures, instructions and checklist for all MP functions and MP Projects.
  • Review of the current digital activities and business processes within MP in order to identify the area of optimization and improvement.
  • Lead execution of digital process management across all MP Projects and associated MP EPCIC Contractors.
  • Support MP in selection of integrated, cost effective and fit for purpose technology, tools, applications and software for all Projects.
  • Support MP Project Team during the tender stage identifying digital scope and recommending system deployments that are fit-for-purpose to the bidders.
  • Work across MP team and Project Management Team to identify relevant stakeholders and ensure their input to key project digital delivery systems.
  • Educating the MP Team and MP Contractors in digital process management system and provide required trainings
  • Defining specific systems implementation plans, scope of work, cost and schedule estimates for execution of selected digital process management system across MP and it’s Project and specifically development.
  • Assist MP Engineering Manager and Project Management Team in planning, organizing, execution and control of full life cycle of digital management activities from initiation to close out.
  • Work closely with AVEVA Product solution provider in order to implement AVEVA products across all MP Projects as defined by Project Execution Plans and relevant Contract with FEED and EPCIC Contractors.
  • Work closely with Digital Project Group (DPG) in order to identify and capture the required digital processes and procedures and need to be executed within MP division
  • Influencing MP Projects execution strategy to take full advantage of the preferred digital systems, application, software and tools.
  • Develop data handover management plan for the MP Projects in order to execute handover of Project data and digital information at close out stage of project from Contractor to MP
  • Identify and capture the potential lesson learnt related to digital process through the projects and ensure capitalization of lesson learnt across all new MP Projects.
  • Audit and monitor the use of digital processes, tools and application across MP Projects and associated Contractors; identify areas of vigilance and area of concern and propose the way-forward
  • Plan, conduct and manage technical workshops/interviews with MP Team in order to execute the MP digital management plan.
  • Participate in inspections at engineering premises, site/vendor premises, as required,
  • Promote & comply with applicable safety instructions and other HSE procedures in all activities
  • Carry out work in compliance with values and policies, relevant laws and regulations, agreed priorities and objectives, standards and procedures and good industry practices,
  • Carry out any other duties or tasks that may be assigned by hierarchical superiors.
  • Treat all information obtained during course of the work with confidentiality,

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Qualification: degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology
  • Good level of technical understanding of all relevant industry digitalization process especially in Oil & Gas industry.
  • Proven 10 years or more knowledge of AVEVA or digital projects with previous experience with execution of digital processes within project environment
  • Through understanding of data modeling, data architecture principals and database management systems
  • Previous working experience with AVEVA Products including AVEVA Engineering, AVEVA Diagram, AVEVA Instrument and Electrical and etc,
  • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and networking, and programming languages
  • Good knowledge of industry codes, standards and legislations on SHE aspect,
  • Familiar with Oil & gas project organizations
  • Language: fluent English,
  • Strong leadership skills and good communication skills,
  • Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment,
