En nu wil je de volgende stap maken binnen een nieuwe werkomgeving. Klopt dat? Dan ben je bij ons aan het juiste adres.
Voor verschillende ministeries en rijksdiensten zoeken wij namelijk een Jurist Bezwaar en Beroep.
What are you going to do
Stap je in bij Brunel, dan stap je in een breed netwerk aan opdrachtgevers. Je kan dus rekenen op afwisseling tussen veel uitdagende projecten. Hoe dan ook, jouw core business is uiteraard het behandelen van bezwaar- en beroepszaken. Daarnaast maak je optimaal gebruik van je presentatievaardigheden, want je geeft de opdrachtgever regelmatig uitgebreid juridisch advies.
Maar dat is nog niet alles. Je hoort bezwaarmaker bijvoorbeeld ook ambtelijk en bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van de verslaglegging van de hoorzitting. Verder schrijf je beslissingen op het bezwaar en vertegenwoordig je de opdrachtgever bij de rechtbank of bij de hoger beroepscolleges en de Raad van State.
Essential skills and knowledge
- Je hebt een wo-rechten opleiding of wo-master.
- Je hebt meer dan 7 jaar ervaring opgedaan met bezwaar (en beroep) bij de (Rijks-) of decentrale overheid.
- Je benadert conflicten op een professionele manier bijvoorbeeld via de informele aanpak/PCMO.
