What are you going to do

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate coating operations on-site during all project phases.
Ensure compliance with coating specifications, safety standards, and quality control procedures.
Manage coating subcontractors and coordinate with other construction teams.
Conduct surface inspections, verify surface preparation, and monitor coating application for conformity.
Maintain documentation, including coating reports, inspection records, and quality logs.
Troubleshoot coating issues and implement corrective actions promptly.

Essential skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Coating Supervisor, preferably in FPSO or offshore oil & gas projects.
Knowledge of different coating systems, surface preparation techniques, and painting standards (NACE, SSPC).
Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Safety-conscious with a good understanding of offshore safety standards.
