What are you going to do

Analyse der bestehenden Kundenkommunikation und Entwicklung datenbasierter Konzepte zur Steigerung von Kundenbindung und -zufriedenheit
Konzeption und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen in crossfunktionalen Teams
Erstellung zielgruppenorientierten Marketingcontents unter Berücksichtigung von Unternehmens- und Marketingzielen
Auswertung relevanter Kennzahlen zur Erfolgskontrolle, Ableitung von Optimierungspotenzialen und Umsetzung der Verbesserungen

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Studiengang Betriebswirtschaft, Internationale BWL, Marketing und Vertrieb, Kommunikationswissenschaften oder vergleichbarer Abschluss notwendig
Erste Berufserfahrung in der Erstellung von Marketingkonzepten erforderlich
Erfahrung in der externen Kundenkommunikation wünschenswert
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind ein Must have
