Introduction
We are seeking a highly skilled E3D Administrator to join our client's in the vibrant city of Paris on a 12 month extendable contract. As a pivotal contributor to the engineering operations, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing AVEVA solutions, ensuring streamlined processes within a major player in the Energy industry. This contract role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge projects and support the transition towards Engineering 4.0.
What are you going to do
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the implementation and monitoring of AVEVA E3D and other 3D modeling software for projects.
- Oversee user management, rights allocation, and database maintenance.
- Develop and optimize document output settings (e.g., REVIEW, ISODRAFT, DRAW).
- Participate in the development and deployment of AVEVA tools within digital engineering initiatives.
- Define specifications for E3D tools in accordance with project requirements.
- Issue and update usage procedures for assignment studies and data exchange protocols.
- Design custom macros and new features to meet discipline-specific needs.
- Provide technical support, training, and updated guides for AVEVA E3D users.
- Support 3D modeling quality reviews, including clash detection using Navisworks.
Essential skills and knowledge
- Programming skills (pml, python, C#)
- AVEVA environment (Aveva Connect, Aveva Unified Engineering, Aveva ISM, Aveva E3D, etc...)
- Aras PLM
- 3D Model administration
- Fluent English
