OSQB zoekt een Ingenieur Technieken

Als Ingenieur Technieken begeleid je de tekenaar doorheen de complexiteit van gebouwentechnieken en breng je op een coachende manier je expertise over. Je kan à la minute kanaalsecties uitrekenen en zorgt voor een efficiënte integratie van technische installaties binnen het bouwproces.

What are you going to do

Jouw rol:

Overleggen met klanten en voorstellen formuleren op basis van hun noden en de technische discipline.
Berekenen en optimaliseren van HVAC-, sanitaire en elektrische installaties.
Aansturen van de tekenaar binnen Revit (of AutoCAD).
Opvolgen van dossiers van concept tot oplevering binnen de vooropgestelde planning en budgetten.
Uitvoeren van werfcontroles en onderhandelen met betrokken partijen.
Transparant communiceren met klanten en collega’s.

Essential skills and knowledge

Jouw profiel:

Masterdiploma in (burgerlijk) ingenieur bouwkunde of een ander relevant diploma met voldoende praktijkervaring.
Sterk inzicht in hedendaagse technologieën binnen een studiebureau.
Diepgaande kennis van berekeningsmethodes voor technische installaties in gebouwen.
Oplossingsgericht denken bij technische, architecturale en stabiliteitsvraagstukken.
Proactief, zelfstandig en verantwoordelijk.
