Je werkt hybride vanuit Noord-Brabant en schakelt direct met stakeholders, ontwikkelteams en beslissers. Jij zorgt voor inzicht, structuur én vooruitgang - met moderne tools zoals Power BI, SQL en Python.

Wat ga je doen?

Als IT Business Analist werk je nauw samen met zowel business stakeholders als ontwikkelteams. Jij brengt behoeften in kaart, analyseert processen en vertaalt deze naar concrete requirements en oplossingen. Je speelt een cruciale rol in het verbeteren van systemen, processen en rapportages binnen onze organisatie.

Wat ga je doen?

  • In kaart brengen van business requirements en vertalen naar functionele specificaties
  • Modelleren en optimaliseren van bedrijfsprocessen
  • Samenwerken met ontwikkelteams tijdens ontwerp, bouw en implementatie
  • Ondersteunen bij acceptatietesten en kwaliteitsborging
  • Bouwen van dashboards en rapportages ter ondersteuning van besluitvorming
  • Documentatie en kennisdeling binnen het projectteam en de organisatie

Je bent analytisch, communicatief sterk en werkt gestructureerd. Daarnaast heb je ervaring met de volgende tools en vaardigheden:

  • Een bruto maandsalaris tot € 6000,- (excl. 8% vakantiegeld), afhankelijk van ervaring.
