What are you going to do 

Ben jij de IT-expert die Utrecht en omgeving kan ondersteunen? Als jij een vaardige IT-specialist bent die graag anderen helpt met technische vraagstukken, dan is dit jouw kans om te schitteren! Met een mbo-4 IT-diploma of een hbo-propedeuse ben je klaar voor de volgende stap in je carrière. Description : Als Junior ICT Servicedeskmedewerker werk je samen met diverse opdrachtgevers in sectoren zoals de financiële wereld en de overheid. Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers met IT-problemen. Of het nu gaat om hulp via de telefoon, chat of persoonlijk contact bij de servicedesk, jij biedt direct ondersteuning of schakelt waar nodig door naar de tweede lijn. Daarnaast krijg je bij ons de kans om je kennis uit te breiden door certificaten te behalen, zoals ITIL, MS900 en Lean Yellow Belt. Een afgeronde mbo-4 opleiding of hbo-propedeuse.

What we offer 

Een startsalaris vanaf € 2800,- per maand (o.b.v. 40 uur) met indien van toepassing een extra projecttoeslag van € 100,- tot € 500,-.

  • Reiskostenregeling: keuze uit een OV-business kaart of een leaseauto, beide ook privé te gebruiken.
  • 26 vakantiedagen bij een fulltime dienstverband en 8% vakantiegeld.
