What are you going to do 

Als projectmanager installatietechniek ben je de spil in multidisciplinaire projecten met een technische, organisatorische en commerciële uitdaging. Je stuurt teams aan en werkt nauw samen met opdrachtgevers, leveranciers en onderaannemers.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Samenstellen en aansturen van projectteams, met focus op budget, planning en veiligheid
  • Beoordelen van offertes en beheren van meer- en minderwerk
  • Onderhouden van contacten met opdrachtgevers en leveranciers over de voortgang
  • Bijdragen aan tenders en ontwikkelen van veilige, technisch onderbouwde plannen

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Hbo- of wo-opleiding in werktuigbouwkunde of vergelijkbaar
  • Minimaal 6 jaar ervaring als projectleider of projectmanager
  • Kennis van contractvormen zoals UAV-GC, D&C of D&B
  • Sterk in het verbeteren van projectprocessen voor betere resultaten
  • Uitstekende communicatieve en leidinggevende vaardigheden
  • Ervaring met projecten van meer dan 20 miljoen is een pre
