Introduction

Provide technical support and guidance to clients, stakeholders, and team members throughout
the project lifecycle.
Stay up to date with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes to
incorporate best practices into project designs.
Prepare and review technical documentation, including design drawings, specifications, and
reports.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and industry standards and safety protocols.
Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

What are you going to do

Design and develop solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, including site assessment, system layout,
and electrical design.
Oversee and manage the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of solar PV projects,
ensuring They meet performance and quality standards.
Conduct detailed engineering analysis, including energy yield simulations and financial modeling,
to optimize system performance and cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and
contractors, to ensure successful project delivery.
Witness regular inspections and testing of solar PV systems to ensure they operate efficiently and safely.

Essential skills and knowledge

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with a focus on renewable energy or equivalent.
Professional certification in solar photovoltaic (PV) systems is highly desirable.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the design, implementation, and management of large-
scale solar PV projects are required.
The candidate should have hands-on experience with projects exceeding 500 MW, with a proven
track record in overseeing projects from conception to completion.
Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams, conducting feasibility studies.
Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations is essential.
