Introduction

As part of our client's team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the performance and reliability of advanced radar systems throughout their lifecycle, including installation, commissioning, and comprehensive testing.

As the System Test Manager, you'll oversee the integration and testing of radar components such as antennas, transmitters, and receivers while ensuring full system functionality. From health checks to technical assistance and repairs, your contributions will support the highest standards in naval radar systems.

Essential skills and knowledge 

You are a hands-on professional with a passion for radar systems and enjoy working closely with enthusiastic colleagues. You combine analytical thinking, resilience, and problem-solving skills with proven leadership experience. You know how to guide a team, inspire others, and navigate group dynamics with empathy, applying the right interventions when needed. Your strong command of English, both spoken and written, enables you to operate effectively in an international high-tech environment, and additional language skills are a plus.

In addition, you have:

  • At least a bachelor's degree in a technical field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with system/test engineering, project management, and relevant tools or systems.
  • A valid driver's license and any relevant certifications.
  • Proficiency in Dutch, both spoken and written.
