Ben jij een geboren leider op de werf en klaar om mee te bouwen aan grootschalige klasse 8-projecten in Vlaanderen en Brussel? Als ervaren werfleider ben jij de cruciale schakel tussen de werf, productie en directie. Van ruwbouw tot afwerking: jij stuurt aan, plant en garandeert kwaliteit.

What are you going to do

Volledige opvolging van het project: van ruwbouw tot afwerking.
Dagelijkse werfcoördinatie: je stelt de korte termijnplanning op en volgt deze nauwgezet op.
Je plant arbeiders en onderaannemers in, bestelt materialen en materieel tijdig.
Je staat in voor de kwaliteit van de werken en rapporteert regelmatig aan de projectleider.
Je motiveert en stuurt arbeiders en onderaannemers aan met focus op efficiëntie, veiligheid en kwaliteit.

Essential skills and knowledge

Diploma: Bachelor of Graduaat Bouwkunde (Industrieel Ingenieur Bouwkunde is een plus).
Ervaring: Je hebt ruime ervaring als werfleider binnen klasse 8-bouwprojecten.
Talenkennis: Vlot in Nederlands, met goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Frans.
Skills: Je bent sterk in organisatie, communicatie en blijft kalm onder druk.
Drive: Je hebt een natuurlijke leiderschapsstijl en weet een team op grote werven te enthousiasmeren en richting te geven.
Mobiliteit: Bereid om werven te bezoeken in Antwerpen, Gent, Brussel en bredere regio Vlaanderen
