As Projectleader Office Buildings, you are responsible for the overall follow-up of planned and ongoing improvement projects of office buildings at our clients premises.Your scope:· You are overall responsible for the scope & execution of the defined projects (circa 80 projects).· You are responsible for stakeholder management with internal and external customers.· You report directly to the customer by using the project management tool.· You manage proactively the execution of the project regarding scope, budget, planning, quality and safety.· You prepare project requirements based on customer information and feedback from stakeholders, including but not limited to tender specifications.· You request and analyze quotations from suppliers on which you give advice for selection.· You are responsible for the planning and coordination in line with the priorities.· You collect and provide all relevant information regarding the follow-up of the project.· You manage a team of 2 Site Supervisors and provide support and coaching where needed.
