What are you going to do 

De IT Servicedesk is hét centrale punt voor al jouw ICT-advies en -ondersteuning. Als ICT Servicedeskmedewerker ben jij de eerste die collega's benaderen met vragen over werkplekken, businessapplicaties en telefonie. Via telefoon, self-service portal, chat en e-mail sta jij klaar om te helpen.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Een afgeronde mbo-4 ICT opleiding.
  • Minimaal 1 jaar werkervaring op een ICT Servicedesk.
  • Kennis van Windows 10, Office 365 en Active Directory.

What we offer 

  • Een basissalaris tot € 2.800,- bruto o.b.v. een 40-urige werkweek.
  • Een projectgebonden toeslag o.b.v. een 40-urige werkweek.
  • Een reiskostenvergoeding in de vorm van een OV-business card óf een km-vergoeding óf een leaseauto.
