Introduction

Brunel has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager Quality for direct hire with our client based in Houston, Texas.

What are you going to do

Actively Lead and champion Quality principles and framework into project execution and delivery.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the Project Quality Strategy is defined, documented, agreed, and implemented.
Develop and implement an appropriate Project Quality Plan in support of the Project Quality Strategy.
Collaborate with the Global Projects Quality function to ensure alignment, support and resources are appropriately deployed in support of project delivery and requirements.
Monitor deliverable and activity progress to support effective project execution in line with schedule, cost estimates and change management processes.
Actively set Quality expectations and requirements applicable to bid/tender packages, contracts, and purchase orders, applicable to the associated scope of work and/or supply.
Actively engage with Contractors and suppliers to ensure a Quality mutual beneficial relationship.

Essential skills and knowledge

Minimum 10 years' experience in a role of Quality Management
Experience providing quality management throughout design, procurement, construction, commissioning and start up. i.e., Owner Operator, EPC, EPCM, EPCI
Experience with risk-based Quality assessment.
Experience working with OEM providers.
High level written skills with excellent attention to detail.
High level of passion for renewable energy.
Proven ability for credible and authentic engagement with strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

University degree in Engineering or significant Quality Management experience in major and/or mega projects
MBA or master's degree
