Introduction

Our client, a Tier 3 Builder in Brisbane, are looking for a Full Time, Permanent Site Manager to join the team. The initial project is a New Build project in the Gold Coast.

The company are an established builder who deliver complex projects across new build, fit-out, refurbishment and infrastructure within the Education, Hospitality, Retail and Commercial industries.

What are you going to do

Responsibilities:

The role of the Site Manager will involve managing works on site and engaging the different stakeholders throughout the project.

Plan and manage the site programme.
Communicate effectively with different clients to ensure they receive a high quality experience.
Lead the site teams to meet project demands and timelines.
Report on Health & Safety, quality, cost control and budget.
Meet project KPI's.
Ensure projects are adhering to construction methodology and adherence to policies, procedures, relevant codes and acts.
Manage sub-contractors.

Essential skills and knowledge

Requirements:

QBCC Site Supervisor license (Required).
Exposure to New Build Commercial Construction projects from $10M+. (Required)
3 -5 years experience on commercial builds.
Trade qualified.
Strong Communication.
Ability to read plans and understand project scopes.
