Introduction

On behalf of our client, a World Leader within the Energy Production Oil & Gas industry, Brunel is presently sourcing a Team Assistant (Exploration Subsurface Evaluation) for a 12 month contract located in the Perth CBD. Open to candidates seeking full-time or part-time hours (min 60%).

What are you going to do 

You will provide support the Manager Exploration & Subsurface and the ESE Team Project.

An insight to your role will include:

  • Document support including formatting, editing and streamlining
  • Providing administrative support for meetings including reserving meeting rooms, resolving meeting room conflicts, assisting with planning and preparation of meeting materials
  • Coordinating all international and domestic travel arrangements, raising RFT's for flights/hotels and tracking of the team's travel/leave arrangements
  • Assisting with Company Director's signature process
  • Maintaining the structure and organising regular clean-up of the Project MS Teams collaboration SharePoint
  • Maintaining folder access register
  • Supporting the development, compilation and maintenance of the Permit Management, Prospect and Leads, Project Management dashboards
  • Collaborating with Finance on the development of dashboards and regular management of the TW and budget updates and reports
  • Preparation and management of Purchase Request and Purchase Orders

Essential skills and knowledge 

Requirements

  • Previous Power BI dashboarding experience
  • Excellent analytical and MS Office skills
  • Previous Scheduling, Planning and Project Management support experience is essential
  • Understanding of Oil & Gas activities
  • Regulations and JOA management would be advantageous
  • Team supportive
  • Willingness to learn
  • Solutions focus with a proactive approach to your work
