Brunel International is a leading recruitment and workforce services provider, operating in over 40 countries across the world. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Steel Fix Supervisor for FIFO role in Papua New Guinea. Roster is 22 days on/ 20 days off.

What are you going to do 

As a Civil/ Steel Fix Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of a team of steel fixers involved in the construction of heavy civil infrastructure works. You will be required to manage the work schedule and ensure that the work is completed within the specified time frame and budget.

Essential skills and knowledge 

List of RequirementsThe ideal candidate for this position will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team of steel fixers
  • Experience in heavy civil infrastructure works
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work on a FIFO roster in Papua New Guinea
