Introduction

We are seeking a skilled Shotcrete Supervisor to join our team at Brunel Papua New Guinea. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the shotcrete operations at a Goldmine in PNG on a 22 days on/ 20 days off roster.

What are you going to do 

The Shotcrete Supervisor will oversee the shotcrete activities on site, ensuring that all work is carried out safely, efficiently and effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising the shotcrete team to ensure they are working to the highest standards
  • Providing technical guidance and support to the team
  • Ensuring all shotcrete activities comply with relevant safety and environmental standards
  • Monitoring and reporting on progress and quality of work
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement and making recommendations to management

Essential skills and knowledge 

List of requirements

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Must have experience in shotcrete operations
  • Relevant trade qualifications
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a remote FIFO location
  • Completion of a Pre-employment Medical and Police Check
